What virus do these symptoms match?

My dumbass brother got me sick and I think I'm just about over the illness. All the doctor told me was it is a virus and I had to let it take it's course. My symptoms include, headache, sore throat, stuffy runny nose, achy body, and chills. I kinda think it's the flu but I'm not sure.
