What does this pain mean?

Over the past few days, my sternum has been really achy, kind of like a dull ache in the center of my chest. Also, my left breast, just under the nipple, sometimes feels like it's been electrocuted or something, but just for a few seconds. My sternum also hurts when I laugh. What could this be?
