Feeling really rough with a Wisdom teeth infection? ?

Been having headaches for a few weeks and jaw/neck pain for the last 3 or so days. My glands are swollen. Went to dentists yesterday and was given antibiotics for infection, been taking them since then and the odd paracetamol dose for the pain. I feel so lathargic, no energy and worn out easily. Achy face and upper body even when not doing anything. Feel a little bit coldy and my temperature gauge seems to be all over the place, hot then cold and with a slight raised temp at points. I know I need to give the antibiotics time but is this normal? What else can I do to get healthy again as I go away in a week and really don't need any of this then! Thanks in advance :)
