8 months pregnant with twins... ?

I'm 8 months pregnant with twins and I am feeling really uncomfortable and I am really achy. I am nausea, feeling tired and I have a headache. Are these symptoms of flu, cold or just pregnancy related? Also what week did you give birth at I am currenty 36weeks and just wondering. Thanks x
